"We stayed here for 2 nights in Dec.. The room was a decent size, nothing special but clean and modern. The bathrooms were very nice, but they offer complimentary (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc) The staff understand & speak English well and were very helpful with giving directions or making recommendations. The location was ok because it was close to public trasit but other than that the hotel was nothing special. Would reccommend staying here for a short term visit or if you are on a budget but not if you are expecting anything special."

"Extremely affordable accom ($45/night), large room, clean sheets every day and very clean bathroom. Not much to be said about their service as we hardly interacted with them.. for $40/night I can′t complain too much!"

"We booked this hotel based on the location (near to Red river building) and of course the price. This is a lovely boutique, authentic style hotel. The room was a bit cramped, but how long do you spend in there when you′re in a city like Ha Noi. Staff were great, 24hr reception, good English speaking."

"Have recently spent 3 nights in this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Ha Nội. Our first trip to Ha Nội and were very impressed with the helpful staff. Breakfast had an impressive variety and the Vietnamese Banquet. This is a great location . Oh and the bed and pillows luxurious. Highly recommend.
Room Tip: Suite room has great views of the city at night"

"Spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel and received such special treatment from their great team. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. It is near Vincom city shopping Mall, 5 minutes by taxi, cost 1 US dollar. Hotel is easily accessible to wherever we wanted to go. Great stay !"

"I stayed one night after arriving Ha noi late at night. Room was clean and basic, balcony with chairs overlooking the city. Staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice. Had time to explore area before returning to airport in the morning, found a local market with all the interesting vietnamese foods etc. I will stay again and I recommend this hotel."

"Stayed 1 night after my flight to Ha Noi before venturing onwards. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean. Even though the onsite restaurant was closed they were happy to open it to make me a meal before I set off in the morning. Would definitely think about staying there again when I leave."

"We loved staying there for our last night in Ha noi. Near by the city center & 45 minutes by car to Nội Bài airport. Staff is very nice and friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was very rich and we enjoyed it very much."

"Wish we had found this hotel earlier, really nice rooms, friendly reception with excellent english. The reception even arranged a wake up call, taxi and breakfast to go when we had to leave 4.30am for a flight! Cost us around $45US for a double room, really good value."
